Welcome to Dee Why Nippers, At Dee Why we promote an inclusive and caring approach to surf education. Our aim is to promote our Nippers through a program that will not only ensure that they are beach aware, but also to achieve the goal of becoming a volunteer surf Lifesaver with an important role within their community. We have found that the more parents are involved in the Nipper experience the more the child will get out of their time as a Nipper. Please ask your Age Manager how you can get involved! We encourage a social environment and also provide the opportunity for those who would like to take their skills into the competitive arena. Our main source of communication is Team App which can be used to: - have all relevant family members receive required information; - determine yourself what information you receive; - select whether to receive push notifications or rely on checking the app yourself. Team App puts Nipper Families in control of the Nipper information they receive.
